@Valerian do you have DSL service then instead of cable internet service? that sounds like the speed of DSL service, 1.5 meg a second. good enough for web browsing but not fast enough for video. 😺

@trackboy it's just the lowest level cable speed

@Valerian here the lowest level cable supports video but you have a lower data cap so you hit the cap a lot faster if you are watching video online. 😺

It is a number you cannot change, so why even worry unless there's None!

@Valerian if you use more than your data cap you get charged a huge amount of money that costs more than having signed up for the 100mbs plan with 1 gig data cap vs. the 60 MBS plan with the 200 meg data cap per month. 😺
