yes this is it, I always try and learn basic terms if we do travel so at least I can be a little armed :) but knowing someone is always useful, I learnt a lot of Spanish phrases from a work friend :)

@Gangstress I had two years of grade school Spanish. It didn't prepare me enough for Mexico City! Not even Germany did enough to prepare me. 🤣

@bookerdana I get that he is as genuine as the wrestling. But he is tolerated by the public to the extent that he still has employment and value to advertisers. "All that is required for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing" Activism, complaint and boycotts of channels that show his crap- and sponsers that support him is the least you can actually in the basis that only then will you get the bar raised. @newjaninev2 Actually the problem was much older that that.. However, in the land of unintended consequences, Trump was so blatent and excessive in his behaviour that he held a mirror up to Americans of his own outrageousness that even they had to face in shame. Without 4 years of him a lot more Americans would still be believers.😷

@MethDozer I agree. Neither is the road tar served in most places. My benchmark for having been too long in America was when starbucks started to taste drinkable. 😷

@MethDozer I did those as well. Mostly boiled bitumen with (shudder) UHT milk pods. I love the food generally and the generous serves that a person can go a whole day on. But here even McDonalds does much better Coffee than the best I found in the US. They had to or the mothers wouldnt bring the kids there.😷
