...well, not really. The AI controlling the US nuclear arsenal--developed by the (arch?)bishop in Ladyhawk--learns that there is no way to win nuclear war; tic-tac-toe is a diversion to buy time.

@SomeMichGuy Tic-tac-toe taught the AI that there are games which cannot be won and so it starts to simulate the outcomes of nuclear warfare and decides that the only way to win is not to play. 🤔
