Does reality have to be avoided in or for a movie to be politically correct?

Like a movie where a fifty kilos girl beats up a one hundred and twenty kilos guy.....

Political correctness is backfiring overall to the creation of media because escaping reality itself also has limits. The way it seems is that the more history there was to repeating a certain event, if there was a repression of certain ideals, which there was, specially during the war times or when people were redundantly working to realizing a certain goal, you could say their ideologies and various visions were seen as fantasy because no one would allow a chance to realize it.

As soon as there was liberation on any of those factors, like the end of a war, of the system changing, people were able to form new ways of expressing themselves and it was very well welcomed, and richly so since many ideas were aggregated together. But with the progression of time, to feel that same magic, people continued seeking escapes from a certain repression to recreate new ideas.

But how far can you really go? People feel nowadays that saying the slightest thing in the wrong sense is this horrible crime that's unforgivable and most movies lack substance because people focus on only things children find acceptable, or rather, the image of a pure, innocent child. It is why political correctness is not supposed to be a prerequisite that determines quality. History is overlooked because people find it disturbing to think about cruelties that take place in real life. Also, imaginary media shows that involved activities like beatdowns or crimes inspired people to do it in real life, and it creates a parallel to the same bad history people overlooked a while back. Rinse and repeat.

Reality is avoided in most recreations of historical events so why not the rest

it only makes any sense if the plot has super powers involved... but female heroes should focus more on smarts and charisma then physical strength

Movies suck now because of political correctness. So much victim porn, too.
