Like is it just me or do you find the current trend of trying to humanise movie villains really annoying!
First the joker and now Cruella deville! Like wtf movie quit trying to make me sympathise with a puppy murderer!

I dpon't who or what sort of being The Joker was, but I'm afraid the Cruella de Ville character does not need "humanising". She is human, and cruelty is sadly an all too common human trait.

It's good to have a perspective from all angles. Doesn't make bad behaviour justified but we have villianized victims who just need to be understood many times in the past, with the way society is at the moment we are all about attempting to understand more points of view. That and story writing, characters and depth and shit like makes a less generic movie tbf
