Is there a movie that 'defined' your teen years ?

Either because (at the time) it was amazing, or spoke to you personally ?

The Graduate - even though Dustin Hoffman was nearly as old as Anne Bancroft in reality!

@ArtieKat Do you think the subject matter was a bit....risque for the time ?
Or perhaps it was the first time the subject matter had been committed to film !

@Picklebobble2 There were a lot of films pushing the boundaries at that time in the 1960s. One scene that particularly amused me was in MASH during the football game near the end. In a scrum when one player threatens another "I'm going to knock your fucking head off" there was a huge gasp of shock in the cinema.

@Picklebobble2 I'm just remembering when Women In Love was released: although most of the talk was about the nude wrestling scene between Alan Bates an Oliver Reed, I saw the film in Glenda Jackson's home town. There was lots of gossip about her getting her tits out! 🤣
