Is this a real show?

I've seen this promo on Adult Swim a few times now. It looks like a Blaxploitation version of Space Ghost Coast to Coast, where the host talks with a couple of voice actors for Lazor Wulf. I know Lazor Wulf is a real show, I'm asking about the Space Ghost one. Is it a real show, or just a joke to use as a framing device for a Lazor Wulf promo?
