I just finished American psycho and not sure what happened...

Did he not really kill those people? Did he just imagine it?

LOVE that film. I walked away thinking it was all in his head, but I think it's meant to be ambiguous so you're left wondering. Apparently in the book it's a little more clear, but I haven't read it.

I saw an interview with Mary Harron (directed the movie) and her theory was that maybe Patrick did actually kill people etc, but not the people or methods he narrates in the book.
