What, in your opinion, is the most overrated film (or franchise)?

Star Wars...as much as I love star Wars...it's one of those things that when it has it's highs they're great, but when it has it's lows (More often than not) they are awful, seriously awful, from the overuse of CGI in the prequels, to George Lucas constantly tampering with the film (And key moments)

Agreed, he decided to take the helm way too much and that only put the series into a pit of sadness and "Copy/paste" kids shows.
He should've taken notes from Gene Roddenberry, he just made the universe and let the writers and directors do the talking, only helping with "Technical assistance"

He made a good universe and Star Trek would've died had Wars not gone on the scene (The literal space race)
