Star Trek, or Star Wars?

This is not about the content of the media (Well...it is) but about the tech of both universes, which universe do you think had the most interesting technological creations, not the best. And why do you think that?

In Halo there is a race called the Forerunners, they died out over 100,000 years before the events of the first game, yet their tech outmatched and still outmatches the best humanity has :)
