Would probably have to be something that had a theme(s) running through it that everybody could understand no matter where they are from in the world.
So with that in mind something like.....Hot fuzz ? The great dictator ? Blazing saddles ? The jerk ? Monty Python's life of Brian ?
Because they all deal with themes everybody understands
