What’s your favourite movie genre?

@SimplyTracie That’s a name I haven’t heard in a while. I’ll say it’s more of a drama & thriller. I watched it way back in 2009.

@SinlessOnslaught The political alignment of the director shouldn't be a reason not to enjoy a good movie tbh. I found American Sniper and above all The 15:17 to Paris way more propagandist, if we can say so. And yet, I enjoyed the former of those too.

@SinlessOnslaught Yeah, and in the movie he hated Chinese people. Go figure.

That’s a good outlook to have. You could be missing out interesting films because you dislike the director or actor. @Elessar

@Austin300 I agree with you. I watch everything personally, I try to remain as objective as possible and not let pre-acquired knowledge (such as the political orientation of the direction) influence my judgement. Only after I saw the movie, in general at least two or three times, I take my conclusions.

@SimplyTracie Angry Rob makes awful movies, terrible movies this guy makes. They all have Italians in them. Why do they all gotta have Italians in ‘em? I was sitting with Melania watching TV and I saw an Italian on the screen. I looked at Melania and I said, Let me guessssss, Robert De Niro? She said yeah, I said, IT’S CAUSE IT’S GOT ITALIANS IN IT!!! Terrible movies this guy—and you know what? Next time I pass a bill I’m gonna make sure it requires the deportation of Angry Rob.
