Are actors that were popular in the 80s still considered class A actors.

I know Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger are. But what about Shaun claude van dam and the guy who always had a black pony tale and could also beat up the enemy with ease.

No, it doesn't seem like it at all.

Those were never "A class" anything.

OMFG not steven stegall. I remember being tortured with his movies by my grandpa whenever we went over to his house.
Class A actors and Class A billboard draws aren't always the same actors. Some of the ones you mention were McMovie stars.

Jean Claude did a Doritos commercial recently. Lol I think it was Doritos.

I know steven segal isn't considered A grade anymore either by his fans or colleagues. Don't know about the others.

you mean Steven Seagal? He's my mom's favorite!
I think they all lost their glories from the heydays.
Sylvester Stallone has since proven his worth through his writing and directing. The others you mention were always simply known for being in good “popcorn” movies. Empty-headed entertainment.

The 3 you listed are pretty bad actors imo.
Arnie stopped being an A class actor when he gave it up to do politics. Sly hasn't been A Class since the 90s and Jean Claude and Segal are cheesy af c listers
