Is anyone watching The Mandalorian?

@SW-User It just pisses me off so much. Like why couldn't we get movies of this quality instead of the trashfires we've been getting by Disney?

@SW-User Well yes. But also because The Mandalorian is as good as it is because they got George Lucas involved with it and Jon Favreua is the director of the show. The guy who directed Elf, the 3 Iron Man movies, and plays Happy in the MCU movies. Yeah, that guy is the guy behind The Mandalorian.

@IWasCallingYaLarry Omg I know, I was talking to my friend about it today!! He told me that Disney actually wants to "sabotage" the series and there will not be as many episodes as there were meant to be. Also, that it's already been decided that of all the people currently involved in the production, J. Favreua is the only one who's...well, basically not getting fired after this and will still be involved with anything Star Wars related.

@SW-User Yeah. Things aren't looking good for Star Wars right now as far as the movies go. Also, Galaxy's Edge is not doing good because nobody cares for it. Their toys and other merchandise isn't selling well. Literally the only 2 things going for Star Wars right now are The Mandalorian and Jedi: The Fallen Order. People are sick and tired of the identity politics they played in The Last Jedi and hated that movie for it. Also, Ray is a terrible protagonist because she has no personality, she's just a typical Mary Sue who is automatically good at everything just because she's a woman. They treat the legacy characters like trash. They attack people on Twitter for not liking The Last Jedi and call everyone who hates it sexist instead of taking any responsibility for why anybody doesn't like it, because god forbid a grown adult take any responsibility for their own actions. The Last Jedi was just an utter mess. It's the reason why Solo failed. Nobody cared for it because The Last Jedi left such a bad taste in their mouths and turned people off from wanting to see Solo and probably from wanting to see Episode 9. I definitely am gonna not see Episode 9. I have zero interest in it and have been hearing terrible things about everything behind the scenes about it. I don't think it's gonna be good or even do that good in the box office.

@IWasCallingYaLarry Oh fuck I couldn't agree more, especially when it comes to Ray!! Everything new is just so, so bad and it feels like it has nothing to do with the originals. That's why the Mandalorian got me so excited.

@SW-User Have you watched Geeks + Gamers? He does videos talking all about this stuff and I can't say I disagree with him.

@SW-User You're welcome. He covers all the latest stuff just nerd in general, well most nerd stuff. He even said that there are rumors that at test screenings that people are so pissed off that they have been leaving and not even finishing the movie. That's how bad it is. And they had to do multiple reshoots of the movie and it only just finished shooting finally last week. The movie is out in a few weeks and they're just NOW finishing it? That's a terrible sign.

@SW-User Yeah. It's a mess. And also, Disney found out that the official script was for sale on ebay and they bought the script off of whoever was selling it on order to keep them quiet and to not let the entire movie get out to the public. Also, I have heard potential spoilers of what happens in the movie but Idk if these rumors of what happens are true or not.
