Ever watched Martin Scorcese's "Last Temptation of Christ"?
Depite there being no record in the Bible for a lot of it, I think it's actually a great reimagining of Jesus' life story and perhaps provides more insight into why Judas betrayed Jesus shortly before the crucifixion.
And whether or not Satan actually tempted Jesus a final time, giving him an out to go become the husband and father that Jesus' earthly flesh probably wanted to become, there can be no doubt of the fact that He gave up having a completely normal life to accomplish what He set out to accomplish on this earth. The movie emphasizes that aspect of Jesus better than any other movie about him I have ever seen.
