What's your thoughts on an actress playing the role of a 17 year old being shown topless on TV?

Of course the actress isn't really 17, but plays the role of a high school student who is shown topless in the shower just before she died in the Netflix series, Chambers.

I think it probably isn't necessary to show her topless if she's meant to portray a 17 year old girl. Lol, it's like in horror movies where they show girls topless, it isn't for any reason in particular, the directors are just doing it to sexualise a character, for some bizarre reason.
