Would you have liked to have seen a Star Wars Old Republic trilogy instead of a sequel one?

Imagine back in 2015 that a film kicking off a Knights Of The Old Republic trilogy cane out instead, would you be just as excited for it and would you watch it?

I don’t know, I do prefer the prequel trilogy to the sequel trilogy though. Only because Disney hadn’t acquired lucasfilms yet. I think all subsequent star wars films are just going to be product placement ads.

@Quizzical I'm thinking with Episode 6 being a closed ending, they had nowhere to go but before or in the middle of the original trilogy.
