How do i stop myself from watching Game of Thrones anymore?

I am obsessed. I watch it to fall asleep. i watch it when i am eating lunch. How do i stop?

@SW-User it needed to be fleshed out...i needed at least 12 eps in the last season...not 6. it was so rushed
