What will happen to Emily Bishop?

As someone who watches Coronation Street (nearly) always, i noticed how she has been absent 3 years and would like to know what's meant to happen with the character
my guess is as part of 60th anniversary in december 2020, Geoffrey (nephew) returns and informs Rita of her passing
