Anyone else find it relaxing to watch true life crime shows?
Maybe it's because I'm so interested in criminal pyscology. These are the types of shows that really help me mellow out when I've been lacking sleep

Yes I like them to I was watching on youtube Escape from death row. I found it very interesting but after a while it popped in my head this is a prison brand new state or the Art at the time but they forgot to show in the reenactment the cameras yes back then they had cameras in prisons cameras came before the state of art locking systems.
