What are your thoughts on colourizing old B&W movies?.

I'm not a fan.

I’m not sure what the point is. If their being in B&W was a problem, most folks wouldn’t watch them.

@bijouxbroussard Black and white is superior in many ways IMHO. Not for everything but it is anything but archaic.

@MethDozer When I was a kid, most tv shows were in B&W, including many cartoons. I certainly didn’t enjoy them any less. 😉

@bijouxbroussard Twilight Zone is a perfect example of something that benefited from B&W.

@MethDozer Absolutely. It was perfect and lent itself to the spookiness. Same with “One Step Beyond”, “The Outer Limits”, “Thriller”. Remakes couldn’t hold a candle to them.
