What was better, Goosebumps or Are You Afraid of the Dark?

I liked both but Goosebumps was never scary, especially the TV Show, the books weren't scary either but they were better. I especially liked the Choose Your Own Adventure ones. I can't remember what it was now but something in an episode of Are You Afraid of the Dark really scared me as a kid. Only that one episode though, it usually wasn't really scary either but still technically scarier than Goosebumps.
