Do you have trouble sleeping after you watch a scary movie?

Watching horror movies at night is like replying and talking to people that message you inappropriate things on here - why do people do it? 🤷‍♂️

Always. Hence i always aviod watching it at night (be it alone or with partner)

One helped me sleep last night... but it's not a typical horror/scary and more of a twisted psychological surreal movie

I take melatonin,benadryl,and hydroxyzine and still cant sleep

I don’t know why but they don’t bother me.

movies don't scare me, people do

no but i get paranoid sometimes

I have trouble sleep reguardless

Maybe thats why I never watch horror films😊
