I look back at barbie movies and think how stupid, anyone else see this in kids movies?

I look back at barbie movies and think how stupid is this? they go way too slow for me, barbie does way too many pauses and nods and is too positive. It bothers me that the don't make her act like a normal human, like the barble life in the dream house series was soo good, but all the old movies are not. I think its the issue that they are old not with the fact that barbie is supposed to be this charicter, movies back then are all too slow.
