just watched the new Blair Witch and was wondering what is it with these new horror movies and time travel?..

Seems to be the new common thing with the newer horror films because I just seen it in the new Blair witch and also the paranormal activity series feature time travel in the "marked ones" when near the end they pass through that witch door..
