So...which was the best Shockwave? (Transformers)

Honestly I think his one had the better voice actor, he had a certain kind of menace without actively trying to be scary.

@Fangirlsarah1996 Shockwave in my book was incredibly underrated! Megatron may have been the 'Cons leader but, Shockwave was the mastermind!

@SW-User Well he's always been the mad scientist of the Decepticons.

Except in Transformers Animated, they reworked many characters, Shockwave became a pretty intimidating infiltrator who worked behind the scenes...one of the best versions of him honestly.

@Fangirlsarah1996 Gen 1 he was credited as Intel and chief scientist.

@SW-User He is always chief scientist, but I liked the Animated one where he actually had his fingers in a hell of a lot of pies.

I mean, he literally killed a number of autobots and got away with it.

Is a deleted scene from the 1986 movie where he is killed by Unicron. War Within he damn near killed Prime!

@SW-User Wasn't he also responsible for the Combaticons? He was quite literally The Decepiticon Wheeljack...except Wheeljack was insane.

@Fangirlsarah1996 Starscream built them after finding a bunch of old WWII relics to get back at Megatron. Shockwave used a holographic device to stop them from taking over Cybertron.

@Fangirlsarah1996 Also, Inferno and Ironhide built the Dinobots. Wheeljack wrote their programming.

@SW-User Yeah but I still hold Wheeljack responsible.

He did the "Dumb" part of the dumb dinosaurs.
