Why do they avoid the word tity on TV?

So they use other words, breasts, boose'ms, my favorite, "BUMPS". What the shit hell? I like to say Tity, I like the way it flows out of my mouth. And another of those words that feels good to say and hear, NIPPLES. What a fun word, and when you put them together, WOW, I go orgasmic!
Tities have nipples. Nipples grow on tities. Go ahead everybody, say it. If we could all just say, tities and nipples there would be a hell of a lot more love and no wars, no more rapes, no more cancer and no more growing old.
