Spider-man vs Batman. Who would win? Explain your reasoning.

having friends having a crew is different, batman always has alfred in his ears , it just comes with the suit !
batman goes well prepared to any battle, ex, he got kryptonite for superman to neutralize his powers.
things would be different if its a fist fight , that spideman would have an upperhand.
let assume spiderman and batman are equally smart, wat works in batmans favour is Experience, thats one things you can never buy ,invent,think or create .

spidermans a teenager , for the most part, he has just about an adult !

batman is fully grown man, he is an experienced general , who martials his resources well.

its also the fighting style that matter , its not the strongest who often wins, if this were the fight of david vs goliath batmans the david .
