@CallmeHopelessNotRomantic Isn't Halloween a Nicholas Sparks film? My favorite part is at the end when Jamie Lee Curtis finds all the love letters that Michael Myers had been writing her over the years. He was only trying to hug her.....not disembowel her.

@SW-User oh God you're gonna ruin Halloween for me🤣🙃

A few suggestions ......:)
Carnival of Souls -a spooky low budget gem from the 60's
The Devil Rides Out - one of the best of the Hammer Horrors
Suspiria -Dario Argento's most famous film, may be too artsy for some.
Spider Baby - some campy fun, i actually don't like this one anymore, it just doesn't gel ..... campy fun is done infinitely better by Paul Morrissey's Flesh for Frankenstein and Blood for Dracula
House - a wacky Japanese thing
The Last Theft - a gem of a short film, pretty spooky vibe it has directed by Jiri Barta.
Requiem for a Village - a British film, lovely music in it

I do a marathon of classic movies. Dracula (1931), Frankenstein (1932) and The Wolfman (1935). I cant guarantee the dates though. lol

@SW-User now that's the shit! i'd add the mummy... those universal movies are bitchass... oh and invisible man.
not including any serials that stemmed from the originals, though, there are plenty.

oh and both exorcists.. why? some like the original theatrical release which is okay a little cold and impersonal... and the 'version you've not seen' which is more peter blatty fun, more humor and good natured ribbing and language.
