I have seen this, From what I read this was a statement movie on how the Serbian government was raping the citizens. I can see why it is controversial but meh, I agree the August Underground Movies, were more shocking. If you like shocking watch Phillipe Nahon movies, I stand Alone and Irreversible for a couple.
