What do you think?

Ok the last season I saw of Orange Is The New Black they took over the prison. Was awesome a whole season of that. Well here's my question. Not everyone in there was apart of that. Atleast that's the impression I was under. Do you think that all of them will get punished even with extra time on their sentences because of it? Just wanting to read other's thoughts on this.
