What is your all time favourite sci fi tv series?

@Bushmanoz Did you know you can buy one of those robots? I was looking at it years ago, they were about $20k then. A bit outside my budget now 😂.. but would be cool!

i know the guy who sold the ones you are talking about, I have always wanted a Robby, but you are not allowed to build those..Fred Barton would sue you lol (he is known as the robot guy, he restored the original Robby)

@SW-User lol I dont know about awesome, kinda sad really, but I always wanted one..even has the original voice actor saying some custom phrases for me

@Bushmanoz That's incredible! I can't even imagine how you'd get all the custom made parts. Wouldn't each piece have to be manufactured especially?

@SW-User There is a builders club for the parts you cant make, like the bubble and torso and claws etc.

@Bushmanoz I wondered that. You are very clever to put it all together. Were you able to get plans for it from somewhere, or did you have to create them yourself?

@SW-User you can get plans, it was a challenge, I learned a lot, bending acrylic rods in the oven to make his collar..ugh..painting casting, i wouldnt make another though
