Which was the best Doctor?

As in Doctor Who...y'know...that one.

This is just personal curiosity driven mainly by the fact I can't think of anything else to post atm.

@TheGoodGuy Eh, Matt Smith was good...but he felt like they just said "Well Tennant was good but he wasn't as weird" then they got that Doctor...he's still good...just not amazing y'know?

@TheGoodGuy I'm very on the fence with her...she looks to have way too much of a "fish out of water" look.

Every Doctor has looked like they know EXACTLY what they're doing all the time, no matter how much they don't :/
