I am an old lady, born toward the end of WWII, and all I get is sales calls, some of them outright scams. My favorite one is when a voice on the phone, usually with a strong foreign accent, tells you they are the IRS and if you don't give them money you will go to jail. I tell them I am old, have little money and no family. If they put me in jail, they will have to take care of me. They will have to feed me, do my laundry, and give me medical care; I'd actually be better off in jail! So I tell them to come and arrest me. I ask them if they need directions to my house.

I get the auto warranty stuff the most!

Thankfully you haven't taken anyone up on it. I hope you are thinking about Mortgage Identity Lock. If they are all over you like that, I have heard about people who actually steal your house by taking over your mortgage documents without your knowledge.

I do get a lot of emails about the mortgage I dont have on my house, and both kinds of mail about a potential buyer for it. No text messages that I've seen, but maybe because I rarely even look at those.

I'm getting a lot of promo emails from an American take away company these days... I don't think that their food will be edible by the time they deliver it here to England... 🤭

I keep getting calls about an extended warranty for my car. I block one number and I get a call from another one 😂.

I get those 3 times a week. I don’t even own a home. My address is a house. They probably think I own it.
