The trouble with having a truly awesome childhood is you resent life never being that much fun again.

Hindsight is 20/20. I'm sure as a kid there were many times you felt you had the "worst life" because you couldn't do something you wanted. 🤣

But hopefully you have good memories to cherish. And with luck you'll get to witness those same good times through your children and grandchildren. 👍
nothing's ok with being truly awesome. It exists for its own sake. Awesomeness that is 😝

Actually I do remember a teenage moment with my friend, playing snowballs one winter morning. It was a LAST with us.

{@katabasis ] yes agree being adult cannot always be fun and you pine for the care free days you had as a kid no worries no responsibilities 😪 alas the party has to end at sometime i guess

Well at lest you can look back and have good memories.. Some people don't even have that positive experience in their lives..

Hahahaha totally legit. My childhood was various shades of fucked up and I feel like I've been on holiday ever since

You just had to destroy Tattooine, didn't you Dad.
Very true. In my case, I think it was the summer before Junior High School.
