I thought I ask because somebody phoned 30 minutes ago pretending to be from Amazon and wasn't our conversation last over twenty minutes and then he suggested I access my bank account he was that good he nearly caught me.
Yep the hub was almost scammed by someone posing as a Comcast representative saying that they owed us money and needed our bank account information to deposit it.
@Spoiledbrat These people on my phone this morning were GOOD Very GOOD nearly caught me and at the back of my mind I was waiting for the conversation to go to my bank account
@Donotfolowme You can ring him up and ask him who the devil he is, be careful he's a crook don't give him any detail though oh my I nearly fell for it.
@senghenydd it was just I鈥檝e been rejecting and blocking numbers from Manchester all week....on my mobile which is very unusual. I鈥檒l run that number through a call checker. And it pinged it to Manchester....
@TheSirfurryanimalWales That's interesting I was fooled by him and allowed him to take over my old PC allowing a Viewer reader programme onto my PC he could then control the PC like a technician then he asked me to open my on-line bank account I hung up and have deleted the permission to pass through the (1) Fire Wall and (2) the viewer programme I was nearly caught, I think once I had accessed the on-line account he would of helped himself I was a bit shaken up with the ordeal but now I'm laughing at the experience.
