The numbers dont stack up

An Iranian drone costs about $100,000... A patriot missile used to shoot said drone costs $2,000,000 and they launch them in pairs to get a better chance of destroying the drone, which can still cause incidental damage when it hits the ground. And the drones can be built at approximately ten times the speed of the missile systems..Patriot and similar systems are already being shipped from US bases all over Asia as the Arab nations are running out fast..This is a war of attrition that Iran may yet win. And even if it doesnt, it is a war of economics it is already winning..
No one wants to see that happen. Certainly not me.. But it is showing up the weak link in relying on the tech, against having the numbers..😷

Iranian drones are very cheap. US and company are spending millions to shoot down drones costing Iran as little as $20,000.

Yes, the U.S. has developed inexpensive, low-cost one-way attack drones to counter Iran's, most notably the LUCAS drone, which costs roughly
per unit and is designed for mass deployment.
