I dread to think what could happen in the Middle East

Conflict achieves nothing

In this case it was not only inevitable, it was necessary. As in the case of Germany, in pre WWII when everyone knew they were building for another war with Hitler and they could have been stopped by Britain alone at one point...but no one wanted conflict and Chamberlain want to try appeasement to avoid conflict. That did not work. It wont work now. A nuclear Iran means a nuclear war between Israel and Iran...Or a world gripped in fear of suitcase nuclear weapons being planted all over the world in a massive destructive attack by Islam on the world.

That can never be allowed. The world does not want that, and everyone has been trying to appease Iran for far too long. The war is on, they are weak, and even the people of Iran do not want this regime of terror as their leaders.

Conflict will stop nuclear terrorism and allow the people of Iran to be peaceful and prosperous.

Be interesting how China calms this. It needs to trade with Europe. So blocking the Persian Gulf is in no one’s interest. Iran is a BRICS Nation under its wing.

The British Government is out of its depth as usual. It’s best tactic is to keep its head down.

The ignorance

It’s all they know to do. Barbarians with a head full of their god. Jews, Muslims. They deserve each other. And they are doomed to do this merry dance until the end of time.
@Locke You didn’t say anti-Israeli, you said Jews.
Locke ·
@OlderSometimesWiser True. But I said Jews and Muslims. It insinuates the Middle East.

I’m curious. As I said Jews and Muslims, howcome you locked in on the Jew comment but you haven’t accused me of being anti Muslim, which by your logic - if there is any - must mean I’m anti both.

Are you biased perhaps?
@Locke I’m pretty sickened by your prejudice against both. But I “locked in” on the “Jew comment” because I took personal offense to it. I don’t find that to be an unnatural reaction nor do I find it to mean that I wouldn’t find your prejudice against other groups to be offensive as well.
