I have spiritual beliefs and am schizophrenic

No matter how logical I have tried to be before. I believe in a spirit world and gods and goddesses. I believe the veil between worlds can collide. I have seen ghosts in the past although people would attribute it to schizophrenia. I don’t feel like I can be myself truly. And I have to take my medication religiously otherwise I will get locked up and institutionalized again. But I have had paranormal encounters I am sure of it even as a teenager on medication. But no one will believe me because I have been diagnosed with schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, and ptsd. I wish I never had a second psychotic break with reality over three years ago otherwise I wouldn’t be labeled an adult schizophrenic. Curses… I went 16 years without a psychotic break. What the fuck? Even when I’m fully medicated, I occasionally have heard and felt strange things and to be honest saw strange things but this time my family also experienced them. And our dog sometimes barks at nothing. I can’t say I have felt strange things or anything because my family and my mental health care team will think the medication is not working and I would be put back in the mental hospital against my will. The local hospital section 12ed me or involuntary hospitalization over three years ago and I don’t want a repeat. I don’t have any beliefs about my neighbors anymore or anything that is found to be inaccurate. This time others have corroborated my experiences so it is not all in my head.

You have to be honest with your symptoms.
Otherwise you end up repeating the same cycles and not progressing to a healthier place.

You think one psychotic break was hard to deal with.
What happens if you have another, on top of your current state ?

I'm sure deep down you know that.

Wouldn't it feel healthier to just dump everything in your head ?
"Here you go Doc. I'm sick of carrying all this. You deal with it !"

At least then you could breathe.
