I wish there were more positive role models with Schizophrenia

Or positive stories instead of all the bad ones and horror stories you hear.
That's why i really enjoy

Former living well with Schizophrenia
Because she tries to demystify the disease and spreads awareness and i think shes brave and courageous.Even if im not into keto myself

In my experience with Schizophrenics, besides the occasional and short lived hope, I have not experienced anything positive. It's more like the wait till some shit happens.

Luckily for me i usually hear the voices coming from inside my head so thats how i can tell the difference between real voices and not

The movie is alright. Not great In terms of how factual it was and it didn't really convey how scary the whole condition is, but it's ok. For a movie.
