I Have Schizophrenia
Is it possible to not hear voices but have delusions e.g some invisible presence is planning my death or my father wants to kill me or hallucinating that people are following me and still be schizophrenic?

I say yes because it happens to me. I hear voices but not A LOT! But I more so have delusions and hallucinations.
