I know what you mean. I hate it too. I watch my daughter struggle hard. I do from time to time but my daughter has it much more rough. Do you do ERP?

@tiltawhirl I'm trying to figure out how to do baby steps. Reading is one of my big issues, I used to love reading now OCD ruined it for me.

@tiltawhirl that and I can't visualize what I read. My mind also wanders around sometimes when I read.
