My Obsessions/compulsions are mostly under control, but the intrusive thougts are completely out of control as of late. I'm hoping to find a way to get at least some peace of mind...without medication. 😒

Oh gosh. Hope it gets better.
My father also needs medication to keep it under control.

Thanks for the reply. 😄 I try my hardest to not use meds. The ones I take turn me into an emotionless machine lol
