I read the traits of Narcissism and one stood out..

"A preoccupation with fantasies of unlimited success, power, brilliance, beauty, or ideal love."

Isn't everyone a bit like that? I definitely have something similar i secretly know it's impossible though..

I think it’s the preoccupation part that can become problematic, building your whole life around those fantasies.
