How do you fall out of love with a narcissist?

I love and miss my ex but I think he was toxic for me. I don’t know if I can ever live another partner that much. How can I stop loving him?

He probably made you feel you were worthless and lucky to have him. When you are ready to date again that will help you realise things and move on.
