What I've Learned From Dealing With A Narsssicist Realtive
Narcissist make up thier own narratives about you.
It can be totally fictional and seem to have no purpose other than to create a good story or drama.
It can or it may not be rooted in revenge
It might just be to make the narrator of such stories seem knowledgeable or better than thier victims.
Of course they do target people, they believe deserving to be revenged on, but it's not always the motive.
The stories can be plucked from the air, a talent most of us don't posses.
We can greatly exaggerate a story, a tone, a mannerism, but we don't invent unplausible narratives as truth.
Of course ,they will exaggerate a truth if one is there to exaggerate on, but they are not above making things up with no bases in an actual event, situation, deed, or actual words spoken.
Because of this, there is no way to appease, convince, or change a narcissist by your actions.
Can narcissist change? That is debatable.
I think it's possible, but not probable , they would have admit they are just an ordinary flawed human being like the rest of us, something they seem terrified to do .
They have to be wiser, better, more capable than you .
Second best is never acceptable.
So making up lies and hurting people for no other reason than it makes them important is a good enough reason.
