I hate this. [I Know A Narcissist]

I was supposed to go over my parents' house to help my dad move furniture but I just had one of my random anger explosions because of what they've done to me. I could text him and say "I can't come, I'm sorry" but then my anger might go away because it's that unpredictable, and then I'll just be sitting at my apartment while my dad moves furniture by himself for no reason.

Not saying it’s his case, but some people have abusive and narcissistic parents that’ll force their kids to do things they shouldn’t be doing and go over the excuse “ I’m your parent “ , the kids never asked to be born. The decision to not wear a condom was the parent’s.
