What Is Narcissistic Abuse REALLY? [I Want To Spread Narcissism Awareness]

[youtube=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iT-066gGRKk]
@berangere yes they are like demons, my mothers side is full of narcs and bordelines, I was too sensitive and was also the target. Its actually a reflection of our strength even though it feels like weakness... Worse than weakness, like you don't deserve to breathe or exist, that you SHOULD feel immense shame because you are not worth anything and your completely insane, ugly and selfish when in actual fact its everybody else but nobody believes you... You don't even believe you because why would you trust your own sanity when you've been gaslit from birth?

@MushroomFaerie @MushroomFaerie I just finished a book called "falling leaves" written by Adeline Yen Mah, she was the victim of narcissist abuse,her stepmother was a malignant narcissist who systematically turned her entire family against her,she was the chosen victim,but she survived and achieved many things,the wounds caused by those narcs never go away,I will have to share with you a very important quote from this book.

"a long time ago there lived a child called Ling-Ling who was a good artist,after her mother's death her father's favorite concubine began to maltreat her by showing preference towards her own children.Ling -ling had no one to play with and spent her time painting.Her pictures became famous and were sold for many taels of silver,her stepmother now grew jealous.One night she crept up to Ling-Ling's bed and stuck a dirty nail into the child's hand,spreading faeces on the nail to cause an infection.In a few days Ling-ling's hand became red and swollen.Though the nail was removed,pus poured from the wound.However Ling-ling continued to paint.
Now a trange thing happened,The wound never healed but Ling-Ling's paintings became better and better,the more the pus exuded,the greater the beauty of her work.In the whole of China there was nothing like it.The pain in her hand seemed to imbue Ling-Ling with an essence of invincibility enabling her to prevail in every battle,overcome each adversity"

Yes sometimes our suffering from narcissistic abuse can make us stronger,but the wounds never go away.
@berangere narcissistic abuse is one of the biggest tests to the soul. We are achieving more spiritual development in this life
