I Have A Narcissistic Mother

So recently I enrolled back in university. The whole thing was a log process, I had to learn a new language, move, etc. And I did it all for the love of learning something new. I wanted to persuade a passion.
But the narc has been fighting me every step of the way.
The incessant drama and fighting has resulted in me developing an anxiety disorder and getting panic attacks in exams. As a result I have to redo the first year. I got a formal letter from the university saying I hadn't completed the required modules. Which I anticipated and know the process to redoing the modules. It's basically a bit of of beuracracy but doable.
But the formality of the letter has sent me into another panic attack and I am slowly coming back out.

Just writing this down is helping.
Any tips from fellow survivors?

My housemates both have anxiety attacks and have found it helpful to talk out their anxieties to me, as I let them talk and dont judge or try to fix anything. If you can find someone peaceful to talk to, you might find it helpful, too?

@firefall that's a good idea since just typing out this post helped so much. I think I will look for someone on campus I can go talk to regularly.

@Magster Good, and all the best of luck, of course. I'm rather envious, I'd love to do another degree
