I Have Mood Swings

Been having alot lately just over react ,moody ,mardy dont realise till after .then think to myself why did i react that way . why am i so moody. i dont like it at all i am like it more than normal. it could be down to my low hormones i guess or whatever and the fact that i have missed my period for 4 months for some reason but not pregnant.

I hate it when I feel like that - you feel justified when your mid-mard but shortly after you feel so guilty.
